DiscoverMovie helps you discover movies and TV shows, build a watchlist, and sync your collection across devices.
- Account: If you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable user identifier and (depending on your Apple settings) your name and email.
- Profile and collection: The profile details you enter (name, username, bio) and the titles you add, rate, or save to your watchlist.
- To provide sign-in and keep you authenticated.
- To sync your profile and collection across your devices.
- To enable app features like activity and watch party (if you use them).
We store app data in a managed database service (Supabase) to support syncing and multi-device use.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service (for example, to our infrastructure providers).
