Can you look at this issue: eoncode/runner-bar#325

please solve the issue. each sub issue is one phase. (you can work locally or directly to github, you also have access to mcp and terminal)
open a new branch from main and open a pr for this branch linking issue etc
please solve one phase at the time
please solve everything in one branch. do not make many stacked branches etc
when you commit. check CI after the commit. fix any lint issues that ci might call out. or run swif-lint locally if you have that capapbility. and then just fix any lint issue that arise
when all phases are complete. go through each sub issue and ensure the branch now contains all specs outlined in the sub issues and parent issue.
