This is the best I have so far using regex:

Find:

<((?!\s*((a)\s+))\w+)(.*?)((?:src|href)\s*=\s*")((?!\{\{\s*)[^"]+)"

Replace with:

<$1$4$5{{ asset('$6') }}"
